NECSIS is a student information system established by our school to manage student data. The system provides opportunities for documenting grades, results of student tests and other assessment scores and managing many other student related data in our school.

Test questions are categorised and then graded based on the type of question and the topic area.

The system also demonstrates statistical information of the student’s individual test scores in each subject area they study as well as his/her ranking among classmates and even peers in the same year group.

NECSIS sends parents a student report via email and in this report parents are informed about the students’ exam results as well as the areas they need to improve.

After sending out reports to the parents, the system identifies the area students need support with and then remedial courses for these subjects are offered to the students either during school hours or after school.
