ACADEMIC PRACTICES
At Near East Junior College, academic practices aim to equip students with knowledge that will guide them not only in their early years of education but throughout their entire educational journey.
Continuity in language education and learning habits is ensured by allowing students who choose Near East Junior College to continue their education within the same institution at the primary, secondary, high school, and university levels.
The planned thematic studies for the year are carried out simultaneously in both Turkish and English. In addition to the Ministry of Education’s curriculum, our program includes English and French education. Besides regular English lessons, students also take English Mathematics and English Science courses. To assess and certify their language proficiency at an international standard, our students participate in the Cambridge and DELF exams.
The purpose of assigning homework is to:
- Enhance students’ performance
- Ensure practice through question solving and topic revision,
- Reinforce learning,
- Foster a habit of organized study.
